Changed your mind? No worries—chaos happens. Here’s how to return your Adore Chaos order for a refund.

Return Policy

You can return your item within 14 days of receiving it. Just make sure it’s unworn, unwashed, and still rocking its original tags—easy. If you’re sending it back from outside the UK, make sure to mark your parcel as ‘Returned Goods’ to avoid any extra customs fees.

Sale and discounted items follow the same return policy—no exceptions.

How to Return

1. Pack your item securely (original packaging preferred—let’s keep it tidy).
2. Include your order number and name in the package so we know it’s yours (we’re good, but we’re not mind-readers).
3. Send it to the following address:

We recommend using a tracked shipping method with insurance—just in case your chaos gets lost on the way back to us. That way, your refund can be processed smoothly.

Returns outside the 14-day window may not be accepted, so send them back as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of us receiving your return. Your refund will be sent back to your original payment method. Just a heads-up—shipping fees are non-refundable (we wish we could bend the rules of chaos, but alas).

You’ll receive an email confirmation once we’ve processed your return, so you know it’s all sorted.

Items not meeting our return conditions may not qualify for a full refund, and we’ll contact you to discuss next steps if that’s the case.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges right now. If you need a different size or item, just return the original for a refund and place a new order. Think of it as hitting reset on your chaos.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If we’ve made a mistake or your item arrived damaged (rare, but chaos happens), email us at dontpanic@adorechaos.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving it, and we’ll sort it out. No stress, just solutions.
